The way it is, is perfect. I'm assuming u already done defol, as the way it is and the way all the bud sites are in a uniformed canopy that is very nice and to take and extra energy away from those critical top bud sites is totally not needed, what is needed moving into this stage is what healthy leafs you have working as much as you want, if anything you want more growth, leaf tuck till you can't no more and only then remove but with that top loaded canopy I really can't see any need for defol. Not yet. Or at all you have done a very nice job at focusing all your energy towards the top colas, don't undo all that hard work, those leafs are critical at this stage. Great healthy looking, it's so healthy you have to take a 2nd look to make sure your not looking a N tox as it shows just a little darker, not much and is shiny, but man she's healthy don't strip that beauty. Good luck happy growing and great job. What a canopy.

Why defoliate at all? It is not necessary! Less leaves = less energy production = less growth. Some light, well considered lollipopping is fine, but I don't see any reason to handicap a plant with defoliation "just because". The absolute worst time to defoliate is right before flowering, this is when a plant requires the most energy to grow her flowers and reducing leaves at this time delays flower development and flower size due to the lack of available energy. Why people defoliate "just because" and based on bro science is beyond me. They obviously do not understand how plants function and the role of photosynthesis. Removing healthy green leaves and forcing your plant to grow new healthy green leaves seems rather pointless to me, and no doubt the plant thinks so too! Oh well, too late now, you can't stick them back on. But in future, just remember .......... Maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum amount of energy production = maximum growth. It is that simple folks! Try and only ever remove yellow leaves, for by the time they are yellow, they have served their purpose. Besides, if your plant would not NEED those leaves, it would not grow them in the first place! Nature knows best! Only foolish people think they know better than nature and better than a plant that has been growing for Millenia to be at its peak evolvement for efficiency and function!

You plucked her a little thin in my opinion but she looks pretty healthy. I defoliate mine as they need it regardless of what stage they are in. I have noticed that when you defoliate and train autos hard it can delay flower. Other than that I think your set up for some nice top buds at this point

Hi! With photoperiods, I cut leaves from main stems 2~3 days before reducing to a 12/12 light program, then a second defoliation when the stretch is done. So, with autos, when you start to see stretching or pistils, at the very beginning, seems to be a good timing [I guess]. Also, you may remove the first node on the bottom of the plant. Seems too weak for me. ^^

I see a lot in the back. Defo do not take anyanymore what you have set up is a nice top canopy that will produce nice top heavy bud sites. Leave her be and to bloom. Nice job. In future you can leave more as none of them leafs where covering and bud sites of pre-flowering you need as much energy you plant can muster to get an even flowering pattern. But she'll work out fine. Just no more buddy happy growing

I would remove leaves below a flower site and those directly blocking a bud site but that’s all. Leave anything getting light that doesn’t block. You have plenty of light coming through it so be careful not to remove too much.
