Does any devices exist to run 2 bulbs alternatively (like two 12 hrs cycles, one On, the other Off) out of one ballast ?

It is possible to rig two timers in parallel with one ballast. Then you can program varying intensity to simulate natural day light with weaker mornings, intense mid-days, and ramping down evenings.

from the canopy is this to far away???
i'm also growing in a 7.5 litre pot is this pot sufficient???
as Easy Bud Auto only reaches heights of 50-60cm indoors

Vegetative Plants and UV?as my plants grow bigger I added the second light in the tent but that one doesnt have switches for UV, IR so when I plug it in all the bulbs are working. Lights went off and then on in flower [3rd week]quick question, my breaker overloaded today and turned off power to my flowering tent. They were about 30 min away from lights out which I figure shouldn't be that bad, but while solving the power issue the lights came back on. Will they be affected and how?

How can I prevent these light burn issues?It seems these Mars hydro lights are not so great. This is my third grow and having the same issue every time. Red stems where they are exposed to light.
