Late defoliation?

I didn't pay as much attention to defoliation during veg stage as I would have liked, instead I kind of picked leaves out here and there all through flowering. Should I have left it altogether after missing timing or as long as you don't cause too much stress it should be OK?

Defoliation in mid to late flower can be a bit stressing on the plant. I have done this in the past and one of them made a nanner or a male pollen sack.
It is hard to say if this was the sole reason for that or a combinations of many things.
A single leaf hear and their should not do much harm, plants normally get leaves eaten but bugs or plucked off by animals.
