Hi @Maxranger! You can remove leaves at a very young age, if you do it slightly (2 leaves at a time, max), it can be useful if those leaves are creating shades onto lower stems. However, a real defoliation (more than 2 leaves) shouldn't be done until week 3-4, and only if the plant is healthy. Hope this helps, keep us up-to-date and happy growing! 👊

At 3 weeks, then 1 or 2 weeks later again defoliate, let it releaf for a week and switch to flower, and defoliate after the stretch, that is after the 3d week of flower.

Personally I trim one near the end of veg then again about 1/2way through flowering. I also pull any yellowing or damaged leaves as needed along the way. Hope this helps. Good luck!👍

Hi Max ! I would not recommend you to defoliate her right now , it could slow her grow and you don't want that with an auto. Wait on the 6th/7th node before thinking about it or the 4th week ! I hope it will help you 😙
