It's my first time doing a manifold. I topped twice as per the Nebula method. These plants are built so low... Should I be defoliating the lower stuff more aggressively? How should I proceed at this point from a pruning/defoliating perspective?

@Grind6133 Remove all of the lower branches , leaves budlets etc this should transfer that energy into the rest of your plant. Also at week 6 think about airflow around the buds. If there is too much foliage blocking them its a good idea to another light defoliation as adequate air movement around the buds will help prevent budrot or heat related issues towards the end of your grow .

I would keep the lower area clear, that means little shoots, smll flowers in the lower 30 percent....just take them away....and then let them grow, you are in 4th week of flower and plants need to bundle the energy for the flowers. Girls look good, and having a nice shape. From here on and after cleaning up the bottom are. let her grow
