What soil is better

It seems alrite, but having used store bought soil before, it always needs a few things before u plant into it. Get a bit of perlite and add it, about 30% of the mix should be perlite, 50% the bag soil, and 20% of mix made up of compost, either mushroom compost, or home made compost, leaf mulch or work castings be a good addition too. On its own its not great stuff to use, but part of a soil mix its not too bad.
