friends. In the diary the data on the EC is in millisiemens yes - because microsiemens has a different designation. I only make sure that the data is correct.

Yes ec is mS/cm and the ppm conversion is using a .5 scale.
MicroSiemens per cm is μS/cm

WaterIs it bad to make my water ahead of time ? I mixed my nutrients (big bud, formulex, bud candy & molasses) in with the water & have let it sit out for over a day. Does anyone knows if should I flush the pot ahead of time to reduce nutrients levels?As you can see from last pic from week 6, I have used pre amended soil with 2.5 % of Nitrogen on dry mass. (sorry for the italian).
Should I flush the pot ahead of time in order to reduce nutrients level so to both solve the yellow tips problem and favour the flowering stage?6y ago

Canna boost and autopotsHI!
I have a question regarding Canna Boost and autopots. Do you use it in a reservoir? The ph is rising faster in res since I added it. The nutrient solution in res also got cloudy and trays became slimy. Since I use airdromes the ph also rised too much.3y ago

High ppm in drainageI flushed coco two times with 8-10 litres with CalMag (200 ppm) and it does not help. You can see in my comments to the last weeks of the diary that it doesn't matter how much ppm I water the plant, it is always 2-3 times more ppm in drainage.What should I do?2y ago

Run-off readings higher than input: what to do? Should I flush the soil? Plant looks fine and healthy...Been having a prob where the run-off readings are higher than the input ones:
IN 1lt water + 1ml of Canna Vega | pH: 6.9; ppm: 381; EC 772 µs/cm
OUT pH: 5.6; ppm: 964; EC 2,006
Soil is 9L Biobizz Light Mix, and prob still contains nutes. What should I do? Flush the soil?6y ago
