When is a cloned plant from cuttings considered a plant, the day of cutting/trimming, or the first sighting of roots in plugs, or in my case, from the transplant date, approximately 10-13 days (good roots) to get to the first transplant stage to 4" pots with soil?

Hi @Pauwela! I consider clones as plants once they have developed a strong root system and have been transplanted into a container with fresh medium. 👋

Hello ! Once the cutting have developed it own roots system and is able to eat by that system then you have a plant ( leaves + stem + roots = plant ). So about 7 to 12 days after. But you count your days since the 1st day of the cut. I hope it will help you ✌️😁
