Solution oxygenation in small DWC pot

For small DWC pot, can the plant roots be completely submerged (even inside the netpot) if the solution is properly ventilated by many porous stones? Could I run into overwatering problems under these conditions?

If you have the seed directly in the clay pellets then yes . But I would recommend going at least 3" below the top surface or to cover the top with something so light does not get to where the moisture is. As mentioned below you don't want to saturate anything that you would start a seed in( rockwool, peat pellet )

Hey. The water should just be under or touching the pot. Having the rockwool laying in water will not be good. Good luck.

If properly oxygenated, it should be fine.. but I usually give an inch or three below the bottom of my net pots
