Got to agree with @Organoman
unless you have been giving this plant next to no light and this is why it is so stunted.

Are you sure you want to keep such a slow growing plant as a mother plant?
This plant would be ok for 3 weeks old, but it is 6 weeks old.............

One of my girls is a little stunted - what's wrong? (Wedding Cake Barney's Farm - feminized)So as you can see one of my girls is looking a little stunted, and the leaves are kinda flakey.
