Imma bit concern about my plant , I think it is too small for a month and 2 weeks old though I still see it growing new leaves. It get sunlight from 6am to 6pm and i put it inside under a flourescent and a little led light for another 6hours

I think the problem was in the root , do you think guys that i should repot it? I didnt put much perlite because i though rice hull would be enough The leaves always grow inward on the other plant because it has abnormal growth. It grow 4 set of leaves per node and also it grow two split node that's why it looks like i topped it. Btw it is kalinga landrace.

No, this is not normal for any strain at 1.5 months. They definitely look light stressed like the other answer suggested, I'd back the light off to 10-12" for sure and see how they respond. But I'd also take a look at soil conditions as well. What is the PH like? I'm not seeing any Perlite etc to help with draining, so you may be holding too much water and suffocating the roots.
