Lumatek control panel 2.0

Hello all fellow growers.
I want to buy a cheap alternative to the Lumatek Digital control panel 2.0 for HID and LED.
Lumatek has a unit for this but it's very expensive.
Anyone with knowledge of a cheaper good alternative?

Contemplating putting 2 plants outside. I have 8 in a 3x3 with Mars hydro tsw2000. It’s pretty tight in there. What do you guys think? Is 8 too many for the size and light? Or should I just leave them as is? I think the the pots are 3 possibly 5 gallon.

Are these stretching? What should I do for the 2x top that barely sprouted?Viparspectra xs2000. Just moved it to a 25" distance and 50% light intensity hoping it'll help, but unsure if it'll burn them? What should I do?

Confused with light schedules for outdoor growingHi fellow growers, I'm really confused with light schedules for outdoor growing.
Everywhere I see 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flowering.
However at my place I get ~13hours of daylight (not always sunlight)
Would my plants get into flowering if daylight is reduced to ~11 hours?

Tent too hot?I added two blurple lights - I'm not sure how much they're helping growth but they are definitely making the tent hotter - about 5 degrees F. I have a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent and at top over the lights but I'm worried that it might be too hot. Should I ditch them?

light schedule changeI wanna change light schedule for my babies.. for now they run from 07 to 24 hours and I want to run from 18 to 12 hours so I would have dark period during day.. should I just leave it to run for 30 hours and then introduce new "night" time?? Hight ProblemsI’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants.
My question is: Does this help, or am I better off keeping the light level? Any tips for dealing with uneven plant heights?

OK, my grow tent is 4ftx4ftx7ft. I have been veg with 600W ViparSpectra. I have now go t my new P1000 ViparSpectra 1000W. With both running, and 3 plants, growing in soil, what sort of yield can I expect? The YOR calculator is only setup for HPS/MH.Week 7

Less light for an auto? Maybe 12/12?Been going with 18/6 for my cream autoflower from growers choice from Day 1. Now 5 weeks into flower I’m wondering if she would benefit from less light, like 12/12, as you would for a photo period plant. What do you think? The heat problem was back... well, now I had to hang the lamp 40cm higher, just put in new poles and made the tent taller. I hope it's not too bad for the ladies. But there was no other way; the temperature at the highest point of the plant was sometimes 33 degrees.
