I was wondering if it is safe to plant in soil where earthworms are allready present, or would it be better to let the plant grow for about a week before introducing these animals?

Worms will not harm seeds, they have been living together for Millenia!

Say high to your new Friends 😂😂😂 No jokes, they are your friends. They poop out bacteria and that bacteria feeds other bacteria and that feeds your plants and keeps bugs away.

The mucus they produce when they move will after some days, be attacked by bacterias and will reject nitrogen directly in the roots of your plants, which is completly natural fertilization so let them be, some of them, will even structure the soil by taking organic matter on top of the soil and mineral matter in the soil and create "new soil"

Hey there Agricola, red earth worms are totally common and totally a good thing. they make some tunnels which give room for the roots to grow , they wont hurt the plant at all, dont worry. Hope this helps ! 🚀
