Hey. Would be weird to see burning just on the tips like that as they're at the same level as the rest of the leaf. You would have to have lights very close, and usually if it's a true burn it's a lot more devastating than that. That looks like something related to watering in very rough terms, going by the look of the leaves it looks as they you're in some sort of soil rather than coco, a few signs there of a bit of overwatering but only to an extent that is often seen in young plants in soil. Much harder to gauge and adjust watering amounts in soil compared to coco where you can very quickly see the change. That's a very long way of saying what is happening there is literally not anything to be concerned about, but just watch for general signs of o/watering. Are you in soil btw?
