Bk again. 11L pots are fine for autos bro. And shes 8 wks along. So, leave her and let her finish up. Changing pots now won't have anything but a negative impact like shock.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Wtf would be adding soil to the top do. "Ive a better soloution", wth are u smoking, wanna share🤣🤣 i want some. Sorry, but that makes 0 sense. Roots don't grow up and into the air. Yup, depending on your pot size. And what you are growing. Now you wanna check to make sure you substrate isn't root bound, 'root bound is, when roots get tangled up and grow right around the end of pot and choke of growing, therefore stalling, or finishing your plant off small. If it's root bound, you are going to have to break up the end with your hand, just crumble it lightly in your hands so the roots can grow down, there will be considerable shock. But if u don't you roots will ccontinue to stay there in the middle of your new substrate and only a few roots will make it to the end of the pot. Now if it's not root bound you just wanna put them in on top of the new sub and any root stim mix 2ml/l and soak your substrate and place it in and fold soil over. Good luck.

Hey MAKZIE, I have a easyer solution, why not add more soil above it ? If they even grow more after that, you can change to a bigger pot if you feel like too :) Ps, can you add the picture to your diary next time so it gets linked to it more easily Goodluck growing :)
