White-beige dots on leaves, any advices?

Critical Orange Punch Fem.
Beginner Grower, 1st grow.
White dots on leaves, probably too much Biobizz grow nutrients, I added 1/day a bit of biow grow with water (3ml/L) instead of 1/week, big mistake..
I feed the plant now with only water, how to recover from it ?

Its hard to say, But I highly doubt its from nutrients. Looks like thrip damage to me. Carefully inspect the leaves top and bottom.
They are small and jump when scared so it may be hard to find them.
Get some sticky traps if you don't see anything and if there are any then they will show up on that.

Have you looked UNDER the leaf? This looks like you might have the beginning of a pest problem... it has nothing to do with nutrients ... look for the bugs! And then get the appropriate stuff that will kill them.

Crumpled new growth?I've noticed that there are new leaves towards the base of the plant that are growing strangely. Could this be from low humidity? I've been having a hard time keeping it up. I also noticed that some of the leaves are clawing down (see week pics). Perhaps related? Haven't fed yet!
