From start through to veg 45cm. 50% seedling stage (0-10 days) veg 45cm 60-80% you'll tweak it as you get a few grows under your belt. When pre flower starts (white pistils, hairs, stigma) you want to move to it to 30cm if you have a high co2 you can even move it closer to 20cm but again you have to have a higher than normal co2 ppm level most spaces are 400ppm so 30cm is fine but if you have a sealed grow room and you sleep in it you co2 ppm will be higher and you'll get denser buds. But start at 30cm and if you feel your plant can handle it move it closer. For the intake, a negative pressure environment is good. I'm already seen much better results by having 1. You need to set up your intake as an exhaust and seal up your tent you can open a vent half way even and you still should have a neg p environment. It'll draw air from the bottom say left side of the tent and have the exhaust set up on the top right hand side it'll make for a natural air flow and it'll keep fresh air coming in with co2. (You'll know if you have a negative pressure environment by the walls of your tent with bow in slightly. Any Q about what I said feel free to ask. Good luck

Seedlings / 24 inches / 40-60% Vegetative growth / 18 inches / 80-100% Flowering / 12 inches / 100%. Info from the Spider Farmer website! Burnt leaf tips is usually a sign of over feeding, not light issues, which will affect the entire leaf all at once.

you’re overfeeding, tip burn is probably was from nutrients and not the lights but either case save yourself some electricity and run it at 50-60% at 30cm see how they like it. i’d also start feeding every other watering or even once in every 3 waterings. or you can give them 1/3 of the nutrients you have been giving each watering. also that fan will burn some leaves too. direct wind burns cannabis and it looks like all kind of shit until you realize its windburn.
