Yellow cotyledons usually means a lack of light. They should be green by the end of your first day of light. Also I would not recommend a humidity dome. Marijuana is not a tropical plant. High humidity is the leading cause of damping off. Keep your medium moist not saturated and she will be fine.

Personally, I don't like the thought of blocking out air flow to a seedling. Especially with wet substrate breeding ground for mildew and mold. And wet towel around the base of the ground or hanging from the tent pole should help with rh. 60+ is best with decent air flow. Good luck.

Just saw your second question below... you'll want to keep it quite humid as this is how seedlings get their water - so maybe an inverted clear plastic dome of some kind until it gets its true leaves...

Hmmm. That's something that usually happens in peat pellets? Not much you can do really. You didn't start it on any nutrients right?
