Yellow cotyledons usually means a lack of light. They should be green by the end of your first day of light. Also I would not recommend a humidity dome. Marijuana is not a tropical plant. High humidity is the leading cause of damping off. Keep your medium moist not saturated and she will be fine.

Personally, I don't like the thought of blocking out air flow to a seedling. Especially with wet substrate breeding ground for mildew and mold.
And wet towel around the base of the ground or hanging from the tent pole should help with rh. 60+ is best with decent air flow.

Just saw your second question below... you'll want to keep it quite humid as this is how seedlings get their water - so maybe an inverted clear plastic dome of some kind until it gets its true leaves...

Top fan leaves are burning in a funky wayHi guys. Why are my top fan leaves drying out at spots? I've changed water in both res' yesterday and I I've added Hesi products.
