They look like some sort 9f droplet burns. Try scrape them off. If not, they just look like nutrient burn to me. If you used anything acid or any PH buffers or a nutrient that isn't meant to be used a spray then they usually cause little burns. Your plant looks healthy. Happy growing. Good luck.

Only the water solution that touched the leaf, so with the lamp it became a "lens effect" burning the spot. Don't worry, it's a beautiful plant!

No diary = no information! Your lighting is also a detriment to any GOOD guess ... my first GUESS was that you were doing an outdoor grow and it was some bird poop.. I don't think it has anything to do with nutrients being spilled on your leaves... the pattern just doesn't suggest it at all - nor does the color IF it's as white as the photo suggests. Somebody painting something and splashed paint? Sigh... really, without good photos and without a diary, we're in the dark. Sorry....
