is this a photoperiod or auto? If photoperiod she will go into flower when you change the lighting to a 12 on 12 off.

It would be more than helpful if you had a diary for this... there are SO many variables to consider! But she looks like she's in pre-flower and you just need some patience. Are you giving her bloom nutes? Is your PH reading between 6.2 and 6.5? How much direct sunlight does she get?
Just have patience - make sure the PH is good and that she's getting bloom nutes and all will be fine.
