Do you have a photo of them you could put up? Some bugs are pests, others are beneficial.... I would at least quarantine the plant until you can determine what you've got. If both are flying about, you may have aphids (white) and fungus gnats (black)... You can use Dr. Zymes to get rid of the aphids (organic! use it right up to the day of harvest! and works against a LOT of pests)... if you've got fungus gnats, use Mosquito Bits (they live in the soil and Mosquito Bits works wonders!). Again, if they are fungus gnats, you're watering your grow too much... but then you wouldn't have aphids which like dry conditions... I wouldn't worry about ants... they're fairly harmless to a grow.
