What is the genetic of Tahoe Rebel from Free Soul breeder?

Does anybody know Free Soul breeder and could tell me more about the Tahoe Rebel strain?I plan to grow it, first time a feminized and would appreciate insights on what techniques could apply well to this genetic.

Seed floating in the water good or bad quality ?I use to germinate with 16/20h in a water and then straight in the soil. Everyone know seed which float on the water should be not a GOOD QUALITY seed but this basically it’s happening with all the seed bank and the result is 90%always positive. Any infos ??

Help with seedlings falling over and dying :/Could someone please look at my two seedlings and tell my why they are falling over? I planted four golden goat seeds, which all sprouted. However, two have already completely fallen over and died. The one with the makeshift supports was completely flat this morning. Thanks
