Hey guys I have noticed thrips and some spider webs on my young vegging plants, how bad is it and how can I cure that ?

Neem oil, in my experience, doesn't work terribly well... I use Dr. Zymes which is organic and can be used up to the day of harvest and is FABULOUS and takes care of a whole HOST of pests... grab yourself some of it and grab it quickly! Good luck!

Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week! Is the 7th day from germination, the white bastards are developing and spreading ultrafast. Would be safe to use a chemical pesticide made for roses at this stage?
