when I switch to flower, would I be best to keep the vegging plant under the same light its under which is about 300w or best to put it back in the 680w light? also I just transplanted and she's a little stressed, does she look like she's missing any nutes?

should pick light based on aera you need to cover.. and need more in 150% of vege light intensity in flower for 12 hours a day vs 18 (DLI is proportional to hours) and, i'd give your flowering plants first dibs then whatever fits after that. i assume your grow lights make them paler than if you took pics in a normal house light... so it looks fine. lil saggy, but i think a little more perlite, vermiculite or clay balls for drainage would help there... especially if that only happens after an irrigation. node spacing looks tight but can't be certain... maybe 2-4" more distance from canopy to light would do'em good.. may even be the cause of sag if it wasn't recently watered in that pic. if it's droopy like that at end of light cycle, more reason to attribute droop to the lights.
