Should I add more soil or is this ok ? Is the stem meant to be covered up until just below the leaves or am I doing ok let me know please

Setting up air cooled refactor.I've got a new air cooled light refractor, a tube like one. I've set it up such as the pic, I'm thinking of putting the extractor where it shows on the pic with the air flow going the way of the arrow, would this be OK? Autoflower Permanent Stretch, Growing too close to light and it's overcrowding a flowering tent.Day 70 and I have a plant that has preflower stretched for almost 4 weeks now. Trained her a lil 2 days ago even tho its late. needed to get the inside some light. Curious if this is WPM tho inside? nugs is pretty frosty and not mature inside. just never seen WPM so maybe this is it because it seems almost too frosty..? maybe. will get better pic later

I had 2 other plants in the same grow space, they dont have pólen sacs...should I do something else?
10 days ago I move them for 12/12 , they had no signs of nothing, flower, pistils or whatever
