Should I add more soil or is this ok ? Is the stem meant to be covered up until just below the leaves or am I doing ok let me know please

First time grower - Partial HarvestHello brothers & sisters.
First time grower...
I've inspected trics all over, and as expected, they are more mature in certain areas.
Was thinking of partially harvesting?
Is it as simple as chopping the mature buds and leaving the rest for another 1-2weeks?

Hermie in the tent. Are all my plants ruined?I am in week four of flower in a tent grow of NanaGlue and Nanaz. Several days ago. Judging Harvest dayI've been watching the trics on my crit xxl closely, I now have 30% clear 50% cloudy 20% amber.
I'm on day 62 from flipping, day 52 from noticing first pistils. I flushed twice in the last week, but am still seeing new growth.

Who f'd who?How did one my girls get knocked up? I had 4 feminized plants in a tent together in this grow. The HS is fine but the BT I pulled has a localized area that went to seed. Maybe 5 buds after checking the whole harvest. Any idea how this happened and who is the daddy?Other. Other
