you "could" but it's a lot of extra effort and time... you'll end up pruning 5-6 times or more between now and next year around this time. lots of electricty, lots of effort just for a long-term vege plant. more chance for diseases and infestations to occur, too. You'd prolly want to treat it like a mother plant.. reduce light and feed so it doesn't grow into a monstrosity your light cannot cover well.
is this to jumpstart some outdoor stuff? if so, i'd wait for 1-2 months befoe it is safe to plant outside in you region.
(or whatever can fit under your lights... maybe longer, mayabe less than 2 months?) save your effort and money while reducing risks too.
