red/purple hues on the stem can be a few things but in this case I think its because you are using LED lights.
that coloration occurs for me when I grow indoors and not as much outdoors.
There are some strains that can have more colourful hues in their stems but its normal and not related to deficiencies.
Sometimes the stems of the plant can get red/pink in the case of a phosphorus deficiency, but then the other symptoms are also reflected in the leaves.
