I did supercroping even i late flower stage on autos, like week 4-5 of flower. You are not even close, so i would recomend, BUT : Do it in the morning, dont crack stem, so do slowly, till it take to naturally fall, give support up and down. I did it many times, was going deeper into flower, but never had bad results, just better bud quality. Prethink were you will position that timber, and do it !

I had a similar situation with my first grow with two autos and super cropped (SC) one fairly heavy and a few branches on the second plant. The branches I did not SC and were too close to the light resulted in some burn. Check my current diary weeks 8-9, looking back now I should have continued to SC plant 2, but thought I see what happens if I did not. **Please note your results may vary and this is my first grow* I would recommend having a plan on which direction you plant to bend (so not to block light to lower branches, someway to secure/support the branches (ScrOG), and do not bend beyond 90 degrees. I did 2-3 branches a day so as to not stress the plants.

Supercropping involves HST. so no, you don't HST autos. As its said below. Light bending over will be fine, just bend 1 main cola and tie them to a pole in your tent. And you can pull whatever left whatever way you can get the light on them best.

They're too tall, I would bend them right over. You might have to give some support. So they don't bend down to the floor.

I mean, since it's auto, I don't know if it's worth it to risk doing that. You're already in flower, so you might not have time to see good results from doing something like that. Just my :text.02, though. I hope this helps.

No way...perfect timing for supercropping....for the first few weeks of flowering is usually fine. Manipulate and bend all of the tall branches to be about the same height as the shorter branches, with one going this way, and one going that way, etc.. I'd either use some bamboo stakes and clips or ties to keep them down, or tie on some heavy things, like ratchet sockets from your toolbox or something. The tips will always turn back upwards, but you can supercrop it again if it becomes unmanageable.
