Topping Autoflower Plants: That’s my question in a nutshell. I have spent many hours on YouTube researching; 90% say never too, but then there are those who swear by it even with autos. Thoughts?

We all get most of the same info on the NET. My thought is you have to try it in your environment to see if it works for you. You could be surprised on the outcome.

If you are certain all your other shit is one point.. and I mean ON POINT. I don’t think it’s a big deal. But I don’t recommend it if you’re still figuring other shit out (nutes,medium, environment, EVERYTHING else)

Man if you wanna top it so badly just dive off the deep end and do it. You’ll see what happens. It’s either going to work or it won’t. Then you can take that experience for next time.

I say myth… with a caveat. The # weeks for full flower for the strain can’t be too short. When you do this type of HST the plant takes time to recover, this can be precious time lost for growth. If you know your strain, and general timeline for harvest, I’d say go ahead and top, but just once, and try to before week 3.

Not all autos react well i know that fastbuds genetics is the best to do this but u have to do it Early I think about two weeks in u can top and train them. It’s all about the timeing and strong genetics of auto flower

Remove lowest autoflower shoots? Yes or no?Hi there!! I'm quite inexperienced when it comes to autoflowers.. What would you say.. when the stretch is done, should I prune (remove the lowest 2 shoots & secondary shoots)? Normally I would do that to a photoperiod, but this one grows really quick. they stared to flower and bud later then I thought so because I think it was the new light that I got for them wasn't to sure to adjust the dimmer settings too, finely got it dialed in, I think so. other then they stared late they are looking good. I see potential them. 👊👍

Start training her on week 2?I want to LST one of the two plants while trying HST on the other one. One is organic (darker perlite pic), the other one is not. Advices on when to start and wich one is better for HST? They are both bending naturally so I was thinking about start bending them on week 2 already.

Brownish stem color after supercropping Is it normal that the stem turns brownish at the bending site, on all four supercropped plants? It must be, since all flowers and leaves are looking perfectly healthy on the bent apexes, but still I wonder whether it may become weak spots later. Thanks!

Bending branch I decided to bend the branch to form a bush.The stem was quite thick and when I bent it, I formed a large bend radius, but the next day I noticed that it took a sharp angle. How bad is it, and if it's bad, how to fix it? Thanks in advance🙏
