She looks like very bad maintained, but still a girl.
Your doubts are right, if she looks sad or was stressed - she can go hermie at any time during grow.
Looking at leaves, i think your light is good, maybe positioned too far a bit.
Looking at some leaves, they are damaged and bad, you definitely have problems.
Looking at pot and such lanky girl my suspicion is that you overwater her, or water while she is still wet. That way her weak root system doesn't get oxygen and you have irratic grow, ugly disformed leaves and later will be ph and nutrition lockout issues
Start lifting pots and water her in time
Stop cutting her, let her grow.
