Colembolos?

I believe that they are thrips. To kill them a mild soap will work well. There are alternatives you can use too! Neem oil will kill thrips but I would not use it in flowering at all. There is a product called Lost Coast Plant Therapy and it kills a wide variety of insects as well as powdery mildew. You can also use sticky traps at the soil surface or predator bugs such as ladybugs, lacewing, or predator mites! I hope this helps and happy growing!
