Autoflower defoliation question

Did some defoliation at the bottoms of the plants to help lower humidity, did I do enough or do too much? Also should I trim some of the skinny branches and pinch out popcorn buds? I will wait until next week to do that if I do so they can recover from the defoliation

You did perfect! I would not defoliate anymore after this! It will not increase the yield.

Looks good to me, If you want to strip the lower growth also known as lollipopping its an option. I have done this on previous grows.
I would do it all at once def+lolli, the plant should be able to handle that just fine. Looks nice and healthy.

Looks good - and yes, I would remove the skinny branches and definitely the waiting-to-be-useless-popcorn buds... You actually won't have to wait a week as they generally tend to recover from defoliation quite quickly and quite well... When they're looking like their "normal" selves, you can go ahead and do trim the useless stuff off...
