it can do it, but it will not do it well. 78W total on compact florescent lighting is not ideal.
I grew some autos under 6 sunblaser LED strips at 18"/18w each. 108W total, it was descent. but better lights on the market for sure.
If its all you have go for it, but look into upgrading in the near future.

Dialing in FC-E6500Hey!👋😺. I have a question about distance for anyone using the FC-E6500 (no meter). All the lit. we've found says 12" the entire grow and simply adjust the dimmer throughout plant stages. This really doesn't sound right to me. We're now at 13"/50% (12"/75% was too much) TY!❤️🌱

My Jack Herer will move soon to a closet with a 60x60 cm surface.
For flowering I will use a 180 watt Hans Panel.
And I do have 2 led lights at home for vegging.
My first option is the Spectrabox.
And my second option is the Cree Cob led.
