My little plants are 18 days old, and today I just transplanted them from 4L pots to 11L pots. What wattage and height do you recommend for the LED? Should I keep it the same as before the transplant, or lower the wattage and raise the height? So they can rest... P.S.: I have the light at 300W and 40cm high.

Do I need to lower my lights?Do I need to lower my lights? I'm using a Kingbrite 240W Samsung lm301h and I just went into flowering period. I think the light is a bit overpowered for the room, so I've left it at about 21 inches above the tops of the plant. At this distance, all areas are getting 27k lux.

Pre run test showing high temp and low humidity,Hello,I have pre run to test the temps and humidity on my first one ,i run a 600w hps in a 1x1x2 tent with 5 inch rvksileo extract my temps at at 35c and my humidity below 30 despite setting for 55% would a test without a plant be false ?
