Larvae?

What is this larvae after I watered my plants and the bottom tray filled up theys guys were floating on top I'm guessing they came from the soil maybe fruit flies but they don't look like gnat larvae what do u guys think?

You found it! The shadow they cast look exactly like the ones in my grow. They are white/cloudy in colour for me. here's some pics from my diary that I snapped of them. Did a lil more digging found out they are springtails harmless and beneficial insects living In my organic soil. I've seen them before just not that color. Truth be told I think I play with my microscope way too often and get freaked out when I see things lol
