I have a tiny grow room holding about 11 autoflowers (now all in sprouting stages). the room is tiny and has an 10inch vent hole in the wall, I have to choose between an extractor fan and an and an vent. I prefer the vent. what's your take on it and why? thanks

always go for an extractor and make a vent for fresh air. the displacement of the extractor putting air out will force fresh air in. if you do this oppositely and force air in there is no force to push air out. this is how my room is setup one big extractor throwing air out from the top of the room and a passive (no fan ) intake on the bottom of the room this makes fresh air come in from the bottom circulates under the plants and extracted out from the top :) hope this helps

I made a firebomb?Is it a fire hazard if 5v computer fan is jammed and the power is on for 2-3 weeks?
I'm far away from home and I have camera in my growbox. A tape has fallen to the fan and it is not rotating. Can it heat up so much that fire starts? Should I drive 1600km for that?

Air flow methodI removed the hood from the home AC to run cold air directly into the grow tent with a 4 inch duct at the bottom. I have an inline fan to push hot air out to balance out the air pressure at the top.
Is this a good idea or should I just have a fan inside with no in or out?

Would it be possible to have a closed loop ventilation system?My tent is in a garage that gets very cold, i need the fan running so i have constant negative pressure so there is no smell. Could i just have the fan extract back into the tent with a CO2 bag in there? Heat shouldn't get too high, and only other thing i could think of was CO2Setup. Ventilation

My power went out for a few hrs, humidity got really high should I be worried or is there anything I can do to help w the stress caused?My power went out for a few hrs yesterday, humidity in the tent got up to 90% temps were around 70, should I be worried at all?week 1 of flowering, they jus started showing there white pistols, jus wondering if there's anything I can do. Yay, I ordered a growlight + tent + accessories! I'm planning to install all of this in my basement. I have a small window that I could use to send the filtered exhaust air to. but will it suffice to just get intake air from the basement itself? Or would I need an air purifier?

Intake Fans / Opening Lower Air Ducts or Back Flap?I'm researching intake fans and/or opening lower ducts to pull air in. I never worried about intake in the past, I just made sure my fan up top was sucking air out of the tent to create negative pressure. Thoughts on intake fans or having the back flap of the tent open?
