Hey bro, I also use mars hydro led's and I find that checking the manufacturers website for their pfd maps really helps with these kinds of questions. Im not sure about the FC-E range as I use the FC however I believe it comes with a dimmer. You should probs check their website but a good general rule would be to dim to less than 50% and have it at least 50cm away.. as long as you keep the humidity up, your girls should be fine like this.. happy growing man!
