Nothing here whatsoever and a well placed Xmas tree in the same spot know they will be back when like said he will need browny points one day soon but no browny points to get now the doit opened up only shown 1 plant he didn't get chance to look round corner as I slammed it shut. I had 3 areas but it's gone now so nothing to see thanks for.everyones advice

Hello. Sorry to here about your problems. After just having a big toke and blowing it out the window I was pulled over in a road block. I shoved the pipe under my leg and pulled up. With just me in the car I thought I was busted for sure. He just asked if I'd been drinking and I said no, and he motioned me through. I'm sure he smelled it. I'm hoping, that you got a understanding cop like I got. They are out there. I hope he was one of them. Chuck.

I sure as hell hope you got rid of the evidence by now....in my little town, the cops might think it's funny to leave you alone for a while, then when they need to impress their boss, show back up with a warrant...

I dont sell anything and moved out the loft partly because heating costs and partly because of health issues I had 3 areas been a hard slog but it's all safe solicitor said warranty is needed and I have not put my Christmas tree in the place nothing to see here It's my son who is the priority and not even my family have my address so I will lay low for now there was just the one he saw cos I slammed the door shut they left qnd came back hour later in van but I opened windows and said I was un bed then told solicitor to call they told him they wanted to fit security to help protect my son who has had issues but I'm not opening the door solicitor told them I didn't want it and if they were wanting to gain access then they need warrant gave me the time so all good now thanks

yeah, once he saw it, he doesn't need a warrant. assumes you are in usa... you allowed him into your home and anything in "plain view" does not require a warrant or whatever etc. you are probably fine but being a little paranoid isn't a bad thing. if possible, a temporary home plants and drug utensils wouldn't hurt. though i guess a lawyer may be needed sicne he actually opened a door... i think he knew what was behind it before he opened it and was screwing with you. if you sell dope, i'd think real hard before continueing to do so from your home... they watch and they watch and they watch some more... knew a lady that had a family curfuffle that made her quit growing (you can fill in blanks any which way), and when she started up again 6-12 months later they busted her. they were watching or at least keeping tabs...

LOL get rid of them asap, all equipment and paraphernalia too if its illegal to grow. If its not illegal to grow, then you have nothing to worry about. If the cop cared to bust you, that "seeing the plants when you opened the door" is enough for them to act on it right then and there, they would not need a warrant. So ask yourself, how certain are you that they saw it and if you think they truly cared at all. Cops here didn't give two fucks if they saw a random plant before it was illegal. Different story if someone calls about it then they are obligated to follow up. Be on the safe side and relocate it all to a buddies.
