What you've got here is a calcium deficiency and it's pretty typical to develop this as the plant goes into flower. One thing you need to do is to cut back on your BioGrow - too much nitrogen will create a lockout and the plant won't be able to get to the calcium that is normally contained in the nutes. You can choose to do one of two things here... you can flush your plant with pH'd water that is 3x the pot volume (you're growing in about a 4 gallon pot so that means you'd need to run 12 gallons of pH'd water through each)... at the end of the flush, you can give it some nutes but cut the BioGrow down to 1/4 of what you've been giving and the rest cut to 1/2... and add in a dose of calmag. After they dry out, you can water again and then resume your normal nute amount BUT do not give more than 1/2 strength BioGrow or you'll end up with a lockout again. The other way to do this is to give only pH'd water for the next week - clean out the nutes/salts that way... next week, resume feeding but again cut the BioGrow to 1/2 of what you've been giving and add in some calmag once a week. I personally wouldn't recommend this as it will take a while to correct the problem and the damage will be ongoing while you slowly get the plant free of the lockout... but it's your call. This is also the time that other deficiencies can start to pop up - so if you want to get on a preventative course, get a good PK booster and start feeding that to them as well... flowering requires a large amount of potassium and phosphorus and this is the perfect time to start getting those nutes into the plant. Good luck!

It a Sulphur deficiency Google it 100% you can compare the leaves Flush your plant and reapply accurate, balanced nutrients Before adding supplements to a plant's root zone, check the pH level of both the soil and/or the water solution (especially hydroponics) for plants. If the pH is high then it can be helpful to buy and carefully use a sulfuric acid-based fertilizer to both re-introduce sulfur, as well as bring down pH levels. If pH is within a normal growing range (5.5 to 7.0) then using Epsom salts would be a good source of sulfur for watering/hydroponics. In soil-based grows or outdoor grows the use of gypsum is good for sulfur introduction, but you may also use sulfate-based fertilizers such as ammonium sulfate or calcium sulfate, among others. If you have access, manure could be a great organic option as well.

Yes cal of course. Maybe you have hard water and its just the fact you coming into a more sensitive phase of growing. I wouldn't like to know your TDS. You are locked out.. as you of more than likely seen a cal issue, even in fems way before pre flower. Anywhere in the 220-250 tap ppm that should be more than enough. As there is mag in that top max. So lower your ratios. 1-3 parts. So when you in grow. 3 pats bloom to 1 grow. Also. Your ppfd is a little low. Drop your light to 30cm and try for a range from 8-1000 ppfd. As you come into ripening that ppfd you are using can be used again. But now the higher the ppfd/dli the better. Also have a read of this. I've applied it to my fems.a bit late but I can see the difference on my colas of my fems. Some great stuff here on defol. As this your 1st grow. These things are the bread a butter of producing any good grow. All plays into dli. And allowing more longer colas and so on. I'd defo still get rid of some of those big light blockers leaving the top 2 on top of each node.
