I have a 100x100x200 cm chamber with a 205 CFM extractor. But I don't understand what is needed for the air inlet. leaving a hole open at the bottom with nothing is enough ?

passive intake "should" be 3x the of the opening (area), i beleive is the recommendation. if less it's just a little more strain on the exhaust. (passive just means no fan pushing it.) so, one of those mesh openings or 2 is usually enough for a tent. if you don't have those open 2-3 same-sized port holes, though with no mesh that lets in more dust and such..

Thank you for your answers. finally i ordered a 6 inch / 350 CFM extractor my 100x100x200 cm chamber has 2 holes at the bottom and 3 holes at the top. I'm thinking of adding a dust cover. so you think i should leave a hole at the bottom open with a diameter of 4 inches? no fan?

Put your open slot towardsa wall so no light leaks, and it can still draw air in. You can leave a lower widow open or put in a piece of pipe to hold a duct slot open. You want the air to travel across the grow space.

What size diameter is the extraction fan? It's normally recommended to have a 6 inch extraction/ carbon filter setup to draw the air out, and leaving a smaller diameter hole at the bottom such as 4 inch would give you negative pressure that will draw fresh air into your area. This would also decrease the risk of any smell leaks if that was needed, this is currently the setup I run and is working just fine
