Morning sun exposure through window

Was is direct light from the sun? Cannabis starts detecting light at about 10 nano mols (moonlight is about 2 nmols). Typically, if one could not read a book in that light, then plants did not see it.

Should be fine, especially this early into flower. You don't need to do anything besides focus on preventing future light exposure during dark hours.

No need to change the light cycle from what you have it at. Your plant will be fine. One random event like this doesn't mean anything in the long run, just try not to let it become a regular thing. If it happens frequently, it could make your plant(s) go back into veg, or turn hermaphrodite.
