You may want to first identify/capture what the pest is before treating anything. That one photo you uploaded looks like it could have been natural wear and tear from growing or handling the plant in the tent. It also appears to be just that one bit, from what I can see the rest of the leaves look fine.
I would not worry about it, but set up some sticky traps if you think there is a bigger problem going on and find out who the pest is, and with a sealed tent it will be easier to catch them :)
