Circulation moves the CO2 depleted air away from the leaves by circulating the CO2 rich air around the room. Circulation also moves moist air(from transpiration) away from the leaves. Without proper air circulation you are also at an increased risk for mold and mildew, especially at lower temperatures.
Ventilation is used to replenish stale air in the grow room or to control temperature or humidity in the room.
Full spectrum should be used for all growth cycles.
