We’re these regs seeds? Contrary to common belief there are regs autoflower/ruderalis seeds. Not often marketed but quite common in grower circles.
Looks like a male. There’s only one tiny sign of it being female and I’m not sure that’s an actual stigma. Either way - if you have no reason for a true male.. I’d scrap this

It is a hermi. Put a bag over it, and cut it down. Do it before those sacs pop. No point in it ruining everything else.
