Hi guys, I am planning to grow outdoors this season, I live in desert climate so I'm not sure about right genetics for this climate. Usually we get 38 degree celsius in july . I am gonna use green shade net as protection from strong direct sunlight. please suggest best strain.TIA

I have been growing outdoors for nearly 40 years in a climate where temps hit 45-47 degrees Celsius each summer and have never had problems with any strain getting too much sunlight, be they indicas, sativas or any mix of hybrids.
As long as you keep them properly hydrated, direct sunlight will never be a problem.
Grow whatever strain you desire with complete confidence!

I'm not an expert, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
I'm pretty sure sativa/sativa dominant genetics are more suited to higher temperatures and longer photoperiod seasons. Look for breeders that have verifiable sativa dominant genetics. Your best bet is to get long flowering varieties, probably anywhere from 10-12+ weeks to finish.
You may want to try sativa dominant polyhybrids like Super Lemon Haze (or any haze strain really), Sour Diesel, Blue Dream, Durban Poison, Jack Herrer etc. (9-12 week strains).
