My electricity went out for about 6 hours, 3 hours into my veg day. Should I be concerned? Anything I should expect?

nope. the only problem is if a dark period gets interrupted during flower phase -- assuming photoperiod plants.
if in vege, give her some more hours that day to make up for it. otherwise stick to your existing cycle if not the same day.
