Top now or wait? Growing 4th node.I'm about a week into veg, plants look to be about 4-6 inches tall. Most are going into their 4th node. Should I wait longer or is now a good time? Hairs earlier than normal after topping, expected?I am getting white hairs all over the plant about a week and a half after topping. (5 1/2 weeks old). Did I wait too long to top?I just topped, main-lined, and defoliated. The stem is about the thickness of a pencil, and the nodes are very tightly packed.
The reason I waited so long to top was because I wanted to clone the cuttings and give them to a friend.
