What could this deficiency be? Are old leaves, could it be nitrogen or phosphorus? The last watering gave it a good nitrogen watering and it is in the second week of flowering finished.

Old leaves in flower always fall off and end up looking like that. As the plant focusses on flowers it doesnt worry about old leaves it doesnt need now.
So dont worry bout old leaves, are you trying to grow pretty leaves or big heavy chunky buds??
Do the buds look ok? Worry bout the buds bro. As long as the buds look good, doesnt matter what the leaves do in the end stages of flower ok?
As long as its the bottom old ones, let em wither and die then pick em off.
