unsur if this is were to reply... Im going to persist. probably lower feed and I think im over watering so will allow more dry out time. maybe just use pure water in the next couple of waters. I did notice the over green colour of the leaves and i did take out the nitrogen feed but I looked at the canna feed which does still have trace nitrogen. So im going pure water and longer dry periods. hopefully this will have a positive affect of the buds.

In the photos, you can still see white hairs. Some pure sativas can take up to 14 weeks. You might also have excess nitrogen, which can hinder the swelling of the flowers. I would wait 2 more weeks; I think they are going to bulk up.
