Hmmmm okay so here we go. I wouldn't worry too much about watts. You want to look at Efficacy and Par output, and how much of said Photons are hitting your plant. So, with what you have. You'll only need 1 light and keep them close together for the 1st few weeks. Have a look at their spectrums. One with higher blue light will be best for veg. Then, you can get urself a ppfd chart for those lights. (Should be able to pull one up) or use a cheap phototone app.. (you won't be on the money with the lux, but it'll give you an idea the strenght where the best ppfd is. Using a converter then you need to get your DLI range (this can be looked up, it is advanced but, once you get the basics of this, it'll cut out a lot of knowledge you actually don't need.

I've have friends who have had good success with the viparspectra xs1500 pro if your looking for good budget light. Uses high end diodes, and has extremely even and high PAR, pushes 900umol/s average. Covers 2x2 area for flower and 3x3 area for veg. Runs around 9 CAD but goes on sale for around 9CAD often.

150w .. but a bit inefficeint, so for autoflowers you could probably do 2x3 space at the most. with photoperiods that will require a 12/12 cycle you need more power over that time and therefore it'll cover about 2/3rds of the space compared to 18/6.. maybe 2x2. the lights will grow weed just fine. you pay for efficacy, which means you can use less watts, and often means greater longevity for your light. the best option will be the lm301 diodes, h or b is no difference, and run at 0,25 watts per diode. if run hotter, you lose efficacy and longevity. if run as samsung tests them for the spec sheet, then they will last 50,000+ hours before it dims to 90% of original intensity (longevity curve in spec sheet on samson, com) otherwise it will absolutely be reduced in longevity, create more heat and cost more in electricy, ceteris paribus

This is a great way to start! Don't underestimate the power of cheap China grow lights, they can perform quite well! For your first grow, focus on the basics, like correctly watering your plants. If you finish your first grow and you like it? Then definitely look for a higher-quality grow light from a reputable brand!

That should be good to start, check your ppfd with an app on your phone or tablet i like tent buddy. That will help with light distance and arrangement of lights. if thats what you have use it. A real good light is gonna be 1500 $can+
